How Does Rent by Bedroom Work?

What is Shared vs. Private Space?
You can bring roommates and each lease an available bedroom. However, we will fill any available vacant rooms with new residents who complete an approved application.
How Do Rent and Utilities Work?
Each resident has their own lease and pays their own rent. Utilities are split evenly among roommates and are included in your rent payment.

Is the Home Fully Furnished?
Yes! The living area has a couch, coffee table, accent chair, TV, credenza, and dining set. Kitchens are stocked with utensils, crockery, and cookware. Bedrooms have a bed, mattress, and nightstand.
Can I Bring a Pet?
Sorry, no due to roommate allergies.
